If you're not satisfied with your SnapTags subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or renewal date.

How to request a refund

Our payments are processed by Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all SnapTags transactions. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used to purchase.
  2. Request a refund directly from there, or
  3. Email us at snaptagssupport@gmail.com with your order details and we'll process it on Paddle for you.

Free trial

SnapTags paid plans include a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial and can cancel at any time before it ends with no payment.

After the refund window

After 30 days, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You can always cancel future renewals from your account or via paddle.net — you'll keep access through the end of the period you've paid for.
