1. Who you're contracting with

SnapTags is operated by Willie Ford Brown Jr ("SnapTags", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the service at getsnaptags.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The service

SnapTags is a web app that uses AI to generate hashtags and captions from photos you provide. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the limits of your selected plan. You confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent).

3. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • use the service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
  • upload photos you don't have the right to use, or content that infringes third-party IP;
  • upload content that is hateful, harassing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, probe, or interfere with the service or its security;
  • resell or redistribute the service or its outputs as a competing AI-captioning product;
  • use the service to generate spam, deceptive content, deepfakes, or misleading impersonations.

You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the captions and hashtags we generate. AI outputs may be inaccurate — review before publishing.

4. Account and credentials

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your password confidential. You're responsible for activity under your account.

5. Payments, subscriptions & Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account or via paddle.net — access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.

7. Intellectual property

SnapTags retains all ownership of the service, its software, branding, and documentation. You retain rights to the photos you upload and the captions/hashtags generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely to provide the service.

8. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, create security/fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; cached results stored locally in your browser remain in your browser.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior twelve months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or breach of these terms.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
